Yobachi I like this

Yobachi is a 30 year old guy from Nashville, Tennessee, USA.
I'm a writer, spoken word poet, hip hop artist, social activist and political watcher based in Nashville, Tennessee. I created Blackperspective.net to give new voice to socio-political issues that are in need of thoughtful consideration and addressing. I would like to take an academic - and in line with my personality -snarky look at various issues facing the black community both here in the States, and those affecting the global African Diaspora. This space is setup for the exploration and cultivation of Black thought in regards to various social/legal/political; ideological; and sociological issues regarding the Black collective. Deconstruction of white supremacy and the psychological fallacies that ail African Peoples are the overriding themes with the ultimate purpose of disseminating information and knowledge. We will also take a look at pop-culture issues and their effect on the greater culture. Thank you for visiting and please contribute with your thoughts and ideals.
The Jena 6 Blog: African-Americans must rise to the example of our forefathers...

Blacks need to follow the blue print laid before us: ""The difference between what we do and what we are capable of doing would suffice to solve most of the world's problems." We need to cure ourselves of our apathy. We need to rid ourselves of the collective chip on our shoulders and stop asking what's going to be done for us. If our noise-making isn't followed by action, it serves no purpose other than to grab headlines."
